Whilst regularly wandering the windswept panorama of Wharariki, I became completely enamoured with the ephemeral nature of these beautiful, naturally occurring formations and grew fascinated with the synchronicity between their patterns and that of the clouds in the sky. I would often return the next day to find a completely new landscape, crafted by the tireless West Coast winds.
